Five bishops have resigned to join the Roman Catholic Church as an exodus of Anglicans begins.
The Anglican Bishop of Richborough told his flock that he plans to become Catholic because Pope Benedict XVI’s apostolic constitution “completely changed the landscape” for Anglo-Catholics and he now believes that he must lead the way to union with the Universal Church.
It sounds like I'm in good company!
I will be receiving my First Communion and Confirmation this coming Sunday. You won't see anything about it on my blog yet, due to differing comfort levels within my family about letting out the news, but I'm enjoying sharing it here and there with people I know will be happy for me. :o)
