"We need to plan our Christmas dinner menu," I told Lee at breakfast this morning.
Immediately Andrew seemed to beam. "You mean we can have anything we want?" he asked excitedly.
"Well, what would you like?"
He seemed to ponder a minute. "Broccoli and hotdogs!"
Hmm! I guess we could start a new Christmas tradition. Jacob suggests that we have turkey, and I think that is a good idea.
LOL! You gotta love a kid who ASKS for broccoli! How funny!

Broccoli and hotdogs sounds good to me--simple to prepare, LOL!

I would love it if my kids asked for broccoli!
We usually do rack of lamb, but they were very picked through at Costco and I'm not going back so I picked up steak instead. We actually do our big dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas day is a BIG breakfast after present opening and snacky type food if your hungry later on. We're a stay in your PJ's and play with your presents all day type family!
